Our Security Architecture team not only designs robust security solutions, but also collaborates closely with the GRC and Cyber Defense Center teams to ensure a comprehensive security posture. We value innovation, cultural fit, and strategic impact, making our team an exciting place to grow and contribute.

In This Role You’ll Make An Impact By

• Designing and implementing security measures for OT environments.
• Conducting risk and threat assessments.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to embed security requirements across the Novonesis value chain.
• Enhancing and improving security monitoring of control zone level 0-3
• Understanding the smartest way to identify and remediating risks
• Being good at reading, writing and speaking in English

Potentially Relevant Experience

· Proven experience in OT security or related fields.

· Strong understanding of industrial control systems (ICS) and manufacturing.

· Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and standards (e.g., IEC 62443, NIST, ISO 27001).

· Hands-on experience with conducting vulnerability scans or continous network monitoring

· Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment as well as being self-propelled.

• Certifications like CISSP, GICSP, GRID, CCNP, or similar are a plus but not required.
