Epico scores hat-trick on Evida framework agreements

Epico-IT A/S is now involved in three framework agreements with Evida; one on the delivery of IT application consultants, one on the delivery of consultants with technical backgrounds and, most recently, a framework agreement on recruitment services for permanent positions that our specialist department Epico Search has been awarded!

Back in April 2021, we could tell that we had been chosen as a supplier on two different framework agreements with the provision of consulting services, and now we can add a third framework agreement to the goal with Epico Search as a supplier of recruitment for permanent positions in Evida.

Evida is a state-owned company that operates, maintains and constructs the gas distribution network in Denmark, as well as transports this gas to consumers. As a national gas distribution company, Evida is part of the green transition, where innovation and a digital transition are paramount. Among other things, Evida must have implemented common IT systems with a view to a unified efficient unit.

From one to two to three framework agreements

In order to ensure the right skills for their digital efforts, Evida offered framework agreements for IT consultants, among others. Here, Epico was selected as a supplier on a framework agreement regarding IT consultants, sub-agreement 1 – application specialists, and over the next 5 years, we will thus deliver skilled IT application consultants who have knowledge of SAP/4HANA ERP solutions, EG's Xellent application, as well as SQL and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.

In addition, Epico has also joined the framework agreement regarding the delivery of technical consultants, where Epico will provide consultants with a gas technical background who also have knowledge of SAP/4HANA and Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO.

Last, but definitely not least, Epico's specialist department – Epico Search – has been awarded a framework agreement regarding search, where over the next 4 years we will recruit IT specialists such as Data Scientists, IT architects, IT project managers and BI profiles for permanent positions.

Partnerships for action

The three framework agreements strengthen the focus and efforts we, at Epico, have had over the past year on the utility and energy industry on the delivery of IT services. We are experts in finding experts both freelance and for permanent positions, and over the coming years, we will be able to offer our consultants exciting projects in the utility and energy industry and at the same time contribute to Evida's digitalization journey and green transition.

At the same time, these framework agreements mark the strengthened position Epico has in the delivery of consulting services to the public sector – Epico was named an elite supplier to the public sector in the IT industry 2020 earlier this year, and with our increased position in delivering IT consultants within the energy and utility industry, we are proud of the award of the three framework agreements and thus our continued collaboration with Evida.
