Search and selection
Once we have found the right candidate(s), we will contact them with your position and invite them to a job interview with you. One of our experienced NextGen employees participates and acts as a sparring partner throughout the process. After the interviews, we help negotiate the right terms and send your NextGen talent for start-up.
We take care of all the practicalities
A NextGen candidate typically starts on a shorter contract, where you find out together if you are the right match. On an ongoing basis, we offer sparring and onboarding help to the candidate, which ensures the best possible start for both parties.
In 91% of our matches, the initial process results in a permanent contract between NextGen candidate and company.
In the few cases where the match does not hit the spot, you will be provided with a new candidate.
