Head of Marketing & Communications, Sara Høyer, has been selected for the Berlingske Talent 100 list

Sara has significantly lifted Epico's image and communication and had a significant role in the company's strategic development and branding, which has had a noticeable impact on growth and revenue. It is not always easy to juggle between several departments and countries, and keep up when things are going really fast in our industry, but Sara has managed it.
With a master's degree from CBS and relevant experience, she has created fertile ground for innovation. She possesses a keen understanding of the market and knows exactly what is going on in the IT and consulting industry, which is why she combines new initiatives with socially relevant insights.
As a leader, she has shown the ability to change, and has been at the forefront of these to inspire the outside world, where her work has strengthened Epico's position in the public sphereand made the company a leader in the public debate. This includes an impressive participation at the People's Festival last year with over24 relevant debatesand tech talks as well as the positioning ofEpico's 'public department'.
In the portrait, Berlingske emphasizes that Sara has also led the digital transformation of the marketing department, which she does by challenging the status quo and sharing her views respectfully. It is relevant for us in the IT industry to stay informed with the latest knowledge and be at the forefront, and partly because of her efforts in effecting the promotion of 'women in tech'and putting diversity on the agenda both internally in Epico, but also externally, Sara has been selected as a mentor for female talents by the industry association, IT industry. A topic that is of great importance both to Epico and to her.
It is a pleasure to work with Sara because she masters several tasks at the same time without losing her pleasant nature and infectious mood. She is also an empathetic and understanding leader and can walk the talk.
We have asked Sara what she thinks about the selection for the Talent-100:
"I am very honoured, humbled and happy about both the nomination and being selected from so many talented candidates. However, my efforts do not stand alone. I have been privileged to work with sharp colleagues and in my career had the opportunity to meet and collaborate with talented people.", says Sara Høyer Tækker.
At Epico, we are very proud that one of Denmark's largest daily newspapers selects Sara. Congratulations to her and to the 99 other talented candidates.
