Epico is stepping up its efforts to ensure robust governance and effective digitalization, which allows us to guarantee that we comply with all common security, compliance and business processes. We continuously work to optimize and implement these processes to ensure that candidates, customers, and partners alike can trust our actions.

We have partnered with suppliers who offer advanced tools in governance, risk management and compliance, as well as with professional specialists in these areas.

Our goal is to protect both our consultants' and customers' data and to establish a strong governance structure that forms the foundation for Epico's growth and ensures your peace of mind.

Epico has been an active member of the UN Global Compact since 2017, where we annually report on our progress within the UN Global Compact's ten principles centered on human rights, labour rights, the environment and anti-corruption. We are proud to be a member and help set new standards for responsibility in the Danish business community, and contribute to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals.

As the world's largest non-profit organization, the United Nations Global Compact is at the forefront of ensuring responsible business leadership and creating a framework for progress and engagement. The UN Global Compact mobilizes responsible companies globally to ensure a better world, based on international agreements.
The broad network consists of more than 15,000 companies in over 162 countries that want to influence the collective impact of the Ten Principles.

With over 500 members, Global Compact Network Denmark is Denmark's largest network for responsible companies.

Environment, Social & Governance (ESG)

ESG encompasses three areas: Environment and climate, the company's social and societal impact (Social) and the company's general management and governance (Governance).

In 2025, we in the Group will publish an ESG report that provides insight into our CO2 footprint in 2024 as well as the environmental and social steps we have taken to grow as a respected business partner and partner.

We follow EU legislation and comply with the EU's Omnibus proposal that simplifies ESG reporting. In addition, we are putting an increased focus on working closely with our customers and partners to provide the necessary information that helps them comply with EU legislation and support their ESG goals. Going forward, ESG reporting will replace our previous "Communication on Progress" report.

We are an EcoVadis-rated company since 2022, and we have been reporting on our continued improvement ever since. Please contact our ESG Officer for further information or access to reports.

At EPICO, we are committed to making a difference in society. That is why we support a number of initiatives that strengthen learning and help vulnerable families.


We support the IT pioneers of the future through Coding Pirates

Five days packed with learning, inspiring presentations, exciting workshops and lots of fun, all with IT in focus - EPICO is behind their Summer Camp 2023 together with Coding Pirates. Coding Pirates is a non-profit organization that works to spread IT creativity among children and young people through club nights, events and activities. With the support of IT professionals, programmers and entrepreneurs, young people are inspired to explore and develop their IT skills.

We are incredibly proud to be a supportive partner of Coding Pirates.

Christmas joy for vulnerable families

Christmas is a celebration of the heart, but for some families, Christmas is filled with worries and turmoil. That is why EPICO supports the Red Cross' Christmas aid, which brings joy to vulnerable families. In 2023, the Red Cross helped 21,000 families, and the need for help continues to grow.

The Red Cross helps vulnerable families and children who cannot afford Christmas dinners, Christmas trees or gifts. We are happy to bring joy to families around the country and give them the opportunity to have the best Christmas possible.

We pedal for relatives of cancer sufferers

On October 25, EPICO participated in Cycling for Cancer, a 24-hour fundraising event where we cycled to support relatives and children of cancer sufferers. The event was a great success, and we are proud to have contributed to bringing this important cause to the fore. We thank you for a fantastic experience!
