A learning technology enabler, Francine is passionate about the use of video and social tools to elevate the way we learn. Francine is fueled by the opportunity to engage in the fundamental reinvention of education.

Francine brings over 14 years of experience within the e-Learning industry, specializing in supporting some of the world's leading companies in the development of their enterprise learning transformation strategies, as well as guiding companies such as KPMG, The Forum Corporation, Harvard Business School Publishing and Ninth House in developing learning professional services.

Francine has designed and facilitated large-scale technology-enabled learning initiatives at organizations such as Cisco, Verizon, British Telecom and The US Navy. Francine led the Implementation and Deployment Organization as Director of Client Services at Ninth House, a media rich learning company. She also helped to shape the Harvard Business School?s corporate e-learning strategy where she developed and led their Corporate Learning Services, and ultimately served as Director of Strategic Accounts at Harvard Business School Publishing.

Francine holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Florida State University. Francine is a graduate of The French Culinary Institute and studied under Thomas Keller at Per Se in New York City, which is consistently ranked one of the top 10 restaurants in the world.
